Shipping Information
For items that have already been produced and are ready to ship, your package will be sent approximately 3 to 5 days after you order. Once I ship the package, I will send you a confirmation with tracking information if available.
For custom creations, I will discuss with you the approximate amount of time that I will need to create and ship your item before the order is confirmed.
Your purchases will be well-packed and protected. Because I try my best to not create waste and to re-use materials, your package might arrice in a reused box with markings from another company.

Would you like to pick up your order at the studio?
If you live in or around Rennes, or will be here on vacation, you can choose the pickup option when ordering and together we can figure out a day and time that works for both of us.

Your country of residence affects your shipping options. I can ship all over the world via the post office. If you live in a European country where Mondial Relay operates, you can choose that option which is cheaper.
If shipping options are not available for your country of residence, please contact me and I will see what I can do.
North American clients:
While I do ship to North America, not all items have a pre-set shipping option for North America. This is because the commercial shipping prices that I have access to for North America do not include insurance, and I hesitate to ship my more fragile items without insurance, especially given that if the package is inspected by customs officials, they tend to hastily re-pack the item afterwards which increases the risk of it arriving to you damaged.
If you are interested in an item that is not pre-set to ship to North America and you are willing to pay the retail shipping price which includes insurance, please contact me and I will create a custom listing for you.
