This plate was formed by hand using rolling and pinching methods, then underglaze was applied and the design was carved with hand tools, a technique known as sgraffito. Finished with a durable glossy clear glaze.
It measures around 13cm in diameter.
Fired twice in a ceramic kiln, the second time at 1200°C, the bowl is light but durable.
Dishwashing and microwaving is not recommended.
